Summary
Our first Life Question comes from Raphaëlle in Canada who's in a relationship with someone they truly love, yet feels anxiety and doubts about the relationship although their partner does nothing to make them feel insecure. How can they build trust?
Next, Rosa from Vancouver, Canada, asks how she can have faith in humanity when people, including those she knows and in general, keep letting her down.
Finally, Michael leads a meditation on asking empowering questions.
