Hello and welcome to enlightened Empaths, your community for the Spiritually Awaken.

Today we're going to be talking about the New Year and some of the shifts and

transformations you can expect based on numerology and astrology. So, Denise, we're

about to welcome in not only a new year, but a new decade. Which is

unbelievable.

When I look back over my shoulder at 2019, and a lot happened, a whole lot happened, and then

I keep getting it in my head about 20-20, clear vision.

It's going to be a great year to look forward and set these new goals.

So hopefully there's something to that with the numerology you're going to talk about.

Yeah, I hope so. I think it's important as we do wrap up this year to not only think about

2019 and you know what we learned and what has shifted in this year, but to also look back at the whole

decade, you know know like did you set any goals in the last

ten years did you accomplish them and I think it's important to just take a moment and

you know kind of congratulate yourself or pat yourself on the back for some of the things you were able to do in the last 10 years and look at how you've grown or what have you been able to leave behind or even what are you still holding on to or

are there any dreams that you put on the back burner that are still nagging at you and

you know calling to be birthed into existence I think this is a great week to have

all those reflective thoughts so as you said 20-20 is being called the year of

vision because you know 20 know 2020 is perfect vision.

It's a year where we're supposed to be able to focus on relationships and what needs to be

removed or added to enhance our life and all of our relationships.

It's a great year to focus on securing solid foundations in your

relationship to yourself or others at work.
