be witnessing the end of a living planet because Venus used to be habitable and so then

my heart really breaks for them.

Another research career studying an obscure molecule, one of the most notches molecules

in the known universe, has suddenly placed her at the center of one of the most audacious

claims in the history of science that there is life in the clouds of Venus.

We have detected a strong signal from the only habitable place on Venus and the most plausible

explanation for that signal is Fosfin and we have tried our hardest to figure out how

it could possibly be there without the intervention of life and we have come up empty.

We cannot explain the presence of Fosfin in the clouds of Venus in any known geochemical

or atmospheric way and so as implausible as it sounds, the best explanation we have so

far for the presence of Fosfin in the cloud dex of Venus is life.
