We've had again a bulldozing mailbox but we can never get enough of your problems and wars

because we're here to help. We want to make sure that every single one of you

reaches some kind of level of contentment, the same kind of level of contentment than we have

as men. And ultimately, you know, there are all sorts of people saying meditation,

mindfulness or rest of it and I'm not poo-koing any of that stuff but ultimately what we believe

is that the secret of contentment lies in logistics. Yeah, you can't just be content,

there's got to be methods of getting there and it's more complicated than just

shutting your eyes and having a bit meditative. That's all well and good but Jesus Christ

it's for amateurs, logistics of the way forward. So let's have a look at what we've got.
