Summary

Solomon tried to find meaning by enjoying anything and everything apart from God but found it to be a meaningless waste of time. This just goes to prove that you can have a full fridge, full house, full closet, full bank account, full social life, full mind, full stomach, full liquor cabinet, full résumé, full bedroom, yet an empty soul. Everything minus God is nothing. Nothing plus God is everything.

0:57.8

Ecclesiasties in part because it is so altogether different in tone than the rest of the Bible and I think I know why.

1:24.7

On the rare occasion that I would get the right answer and yes you could add that to

1:31.2

Jesus list of miracles.

1:33.0

On the rare occasion that I actually got the right answer to some math equation,

1:38.0

invariably my grade would be marked down because even if I somehow got the right answer, I didn't show my math well.

1:52.0

My math was convoluted or I did it in my head and I didn't know how to get it down on paper and the teachers would mark me down because they don't want you to just get the right answers but they also want to see that you

2:04.6

understand how you got that answer and why that answer is right. Well I don't

2:11.6

know if my math teachers ever read the Bible, but if they did, I think they would have really enjoyed

2:16.8

ecclesiasties. Here's why. It's a book that shows us the math for the rest of the Bible.

2:22.3

If you read the Bible it gives you

2:24.2

conclusions, answers such as life apart from God is not the best possible life that you could enjoy that that life with God is more satisfying
