Today's lesson is a really simple one as I sit here in the school pickup line on a beautiful

beautiful Monday afternoon.

It's one of the first times I've been out of the house in over 48 hours and that's because for the last two and half days I've been laid up with the stomach bug and the lesson from the stomach bug is just how grateful I am for when my body is feeling normal and good

and able to do stuff and I'm able to be out in the world and you know pick my kids up from

school and take walks and do all the normal everyday stuff that I

specifically feel like I take for granted a lot and yeah, just a life lesson for me over the last 48 hours to just be thankful

for my everyday health, for the ability that I do have and for the physical body that I have that

allows me to normally be able to do most things in life and to do them while feeling comfortable and healthy. So super quick life
