So yesterday I told you about Forrest Frank and how he was super motivated by kind words from a semi-stranger about how much they loved his stuff.

But the second part of that interview was him saying I'm paying that

back to other people and he used a really awesome phrase he said when people come up to me and they leave little deposits of their dream with me, I look them in the eye and I tell them, you can do this.

If you want to be the best in the world at something,

you can be the best in the world at something.

You've got everything you need.

Now go and do it.

And that hit home to me because we all enjoy kind words from other people

and we all can take that motivation.

But the flip side to that is that we all also

can be the person that when someone comes and leaves a little deposit of a dream with you, that we can be

the people who really truly hear that dream.

And don't just pay lip service and say,

oh yeah, that's cool, go get it.

But actually be there for that person,

say, I hear you, I hear you I see you and you can truly do this and I

thankfully am in an incredible position as someone who's a lifestyle coach who helps people build their dream lifestyles

to constantly be hearing from people what those dreams are.

And so I'm constantly having people leave little deposits of dreams with me and the best possible thing that I can do

Is to truly be present in that moment when people are telling me their dreams

because there's almost nothing more sacred than someone leaving a little

deposit of their dream with me trusting me enough to tell me what their dream is,
