What's up guys welcome to another episode of Let's Do Life with autumn calibraries

I am fitness and nutrition expert autumn calibraries and today we are talking about what fitness has taught me

Um, I think a lot of people probably assume the main reason I work out is to look good or to feel good

But I think majority of people probably assume the main reason I work out or the main reason a lot of people work out

Is to look good in their clothing and or to feel good naked or whatever it might be but for me

That's actually not

At all ever been my main reason for exercising and if I go back really far back back to my childhood even I could tell you this

I was always a super energetic kid and a super active kid

I didn't really play a lot of team sports

But I never sat still

So the very first thing that that sort of fitness or exercise taught me was

Just to have fun with movement when I was a kid my cousins and I got we played everything we played hide and seek and we played freeze tag

And TV tag and we rode our bikes around the neighborhood that we lived in and we played at the playground and

We you know we played pool games at the neighborhood pool and so I just loved

Being active

It it was my fun time

I think as it is for most kids or as it was for most kids

I'm a child of the 80s born in 1980 and you know at that time
