It's February and right now this ocean where you can hear the waves and you can see it if you're watching video is as cold as it's ever going to be and you see that there's no one in this ocean and that's because it's uncomfortable and it's cold.

But only at first.

See we just got done our retreat in Mexico City and one of the things that we added to

this retreat was the optional cold plunge and a lot of people

came up and they said, Trav I've seen this, I know other people would do it, I've always

want to do it, but I'm super scared to do it said I get it of

course it's not going to be fun it's not going to be comfortable at first but I

can tell you that if you hop in this cold plunge and we were doing it in the

morning that it is going to invigorate you for the entire day.

And what was so neat about that, so we had 25 people at that retreat and every single person got in that cold plunge at least once.

And in fact, we did it each morning.

And on the second day, there was a lineup of about 17 people.

Almost everyone at the retreat after the first day's crew had come and, you know,

survived and it hadn't been that bad.

Started lining up to do this cold punch.

And it became an awesome thing that we did each morning,

and a lot of the people did it every morning,

because for the first 45 seconds,

it is cold and it is uncomfortable but it gets easier and easier and

easier. Also there's a huge benefit to positive peer pressure.

So my big life lesson, when I watched this unfold
