I just got back from Trader Joe's and I thought I thought of something that you can do next time if you're if you're not feeling like

You don't want to like talk about your weekend, you know or divulge any details of your personal life to the person who asked you.

Because Mario asked me, and it was a real rush.

I was like, I was rushing down there just to get coffee.

And so just to get coffee. So I wanted to come back as quickly as possible and I wasn't

I hadn't had coffee yet it was the I hadn't really spoken to anybody yet in the world and so it

kind of like threw me a little bit. We said, any big plans for the weekend?

And I said, without seeming to really care.

And as we've discussed and I said I'm not sure what about you and he goes

uh huh well I'm I'm going to be, I don't know, and he like was really thrown by it.

And he said, yeah, I'll probably be working here and then maybe I'll see some friends.

And he started telling me what he's going to do and I thought that might be a good option for you if you're stuck that is a good option.

Turn it around. There is risk attached to that option of course where then once you ask the question, it's, and you don't want to hear an extended answer,

then it becomes somewhat disingenuous if you ask the question and you're not willing or eager to get the answer.

But I'm always more curious I think about what other people are doing than talking about what I'm doing.

So it helped me out in this moment.
