And I'm Antonio Dodge.

Last week, I was in the middle of a project.

I was writing an email or craft some content

and a document of some sort.

It was at the computer and I was trying to focus.

And Antonio had a meeting she had to attend. We work from home and

our daughter Piper was at home. It's summer at the time of this recording and

Piper wanted me to come play with her because Antonio had to get on a meeting and

I was like man I was very frustrated.

Piper, if you are a new listener, is Antonio, my six-year-old daughter

at this time of recording as well.

She wanted to go outside and play,

I think it was like Tea Party in the front yard.

Beautiful summer day. She wants to go out was like Tea Party in the front yard. Beautiful summer day.

She wants to go out and play Tea Party.

And I'm like, all right, let's go out and do some kind of Tea Party

or play with you outside.

And I go out to play with her and all I can think about the entire time is getting back to my work.

Go back to the computer, go back to writing, the document I was working on, the email is working on.

I was just, I was thinking about all the things I had to do that day and I'm giving Piper

about maybe 60 to 70 percent of my attention, right?
