Well, when I got to Baylor, one of the things that I was most excited about was living in a dorm room

because I just spent 18 years living with my parents,

which was great, but I was excited to live with 400 of my best friends altogether.

This was going to be like summer camp all year long. I couldn't wait because now my best

friends wouldn't just be in the city that I lived in, but the place where I lived, they would

literally just be right across the hallway. And it was a blast.

We got to hang out whenever. We had a lot of fun until I stopped having fun. Because the more

I got to know some of these guys, the less I wanted to be around them. Let me just tell you

about a couple of them. One of them thought he was going to make it big musically.

He was one of those.

So he would wake up early on Saturday morning and he'd play his guitar and he'd sing

waking up the rest of us.

He just had no social awareness.

And then there's another example where I got my backpack on, left my dorm room and was

going to class, and I see these two guys in the

hallway with a watermelon. And they just take this watermelon, and they start throwing it against the

wall. They just like pick up the pieces and throw it against the wall again, pick up the pieces

and throw it against the wall again. There's like hundreds of watermelon pieces in our hallway,

and it sat there for about a month as it just rotted.

Truly, I know, the thing is, I know I could have picked them up, but I didn't.
