My name is Emily Shram. I am a meathead hippie, just like I am thinking you are too.

Thank you for being a part of this podcast in 2021. And this is the final episode before we move

into the magic of 2022. Because we cannot want for different and wish for different and hope for different until we

ourselves are different. I must practice what I preach and I wanted to start with a song.

It's short, I promise. Just bear with me. I did a plant medicine ceremony and basically the biggest message that came through was

you need to make an album with your ukulele.

So you guys are my testers.

Here we go.

I'm making my way. I'm making my own way.

I know what's meant for me. And that's the way it's supposed to be.

I made those lyrics up, but you get the point. I feel 2022 is about us coming home to self.

And of course we don't want expectations.

Of course we don't want to always think about the outcome.

That is when things fall apart. It's what I've written about, but still struggle daily to work

through in the process that it is so easy for me to see something start to get momentum or see a little light at the end of the tunnel and then

all of a sudden be consumed by the fact that there is no light at the end of the tunnel. It is just

our own steps finding our own way home. And we do that in every way we possibly can. It is up to

us to do that. It is only us that can do that. And it is when we remember
