day wherever you are in the world. It's actually Monday as I record this episode. And I'm not going to

lie, it was feeling like a Monday this morning. I woke up just feeling tired, not necessarily

jazzed up about the week, you know, just one of those Mondays

where you wake up and you're like, really, the weekend already is over? And I have all these

things, all these adulting things I have to do. It was just that kind of day. And so I had a late

run to get some happy hormones and endorphins going and that did help so I'm feeling a lot

better but yeah it was definitely a rough start but you guys today I'm so I wasn't sure what

I was going to talk about today I have was going back and forth on

several different topics I could share and I will say I have some interviews I'm in the process

of getting lined up for the podcast for the second half of season three. I do have some

interviews coming that I'm just hoping crossing my fingers, scheduling-wise,

everything works out. So I have that to look forward to. But today I just, I wasn't sure what I

wanted to share. And as I was thinking about this while I was running on the treadmill this morning,

I was trying to think of like different things I have experience with, things I can share some

wisdom and knowledge. And one of those things is anxiety've experienced with, things I can share some wisdom and knowledge.

And one of those things is anxiety. And as much as I would wish that wasn't the case for me,

it is. I have experienced my fair share of anxiety in my life, primarily starting in like 2019. You know, I grew up as kind of more a worry prone kid. I wouldn't say I had

anxiety when I was a kid, but I worried about things that I probably shouldn't have. I just always had

that tendency to kind of overthink things, to worry too much about different things. And, you know, it didn't hold me
