Dick Schwartz is the creator of what I believe to be one of the most effective therapeutic systems called internal family systems.

of self. And we explore those. We give them a voice. And we show through the personal, how the

trans personal, how this could affect, how you could go about your own awareness and how you could give

voice to those parts in your own life as well as a discussion of those darker impulses and those

darker forces that are acting upon us those things that i call anti you and it was a beautiful
