Yesterday I explained how Prime Minister Boris Johnson is at the most crucial stage of his leadership thus far,

prosperity. Surely he can see that and if it requires him to start ignoring the doemongers

inside the offices of the Chief Medical Officer Chris Whitting, then so be it. I'm not sure. However,

he has the intestinal fortitude for such a task.

Meanwhile this morning, yet another voice has been heard from. It is Anne Longfield, the Children's

Commissioner from England and Wales, who says, excuse me, that the opening of schools is so

important that it should be prioritised over shops and pubs. And I'm not even sure why there

is any connection between the two things.

But this is the same woman who sat to her deputy, then rehired her as a consultant, and was then forced to cancel the arrangement and repay £10,000 of public funds. So quite why we would
