There's a few things I'm going to discuss today.

I'm actually going to get into this whole Taylor Lorenz versus libs of TikTok thing,

which I feel like I'm going to piss everyone off with that because I hate both lips of TikTok

and Taylor Lorenz, so yeah, everyone's going to hate me. But let's talk about some other stuff first. Garsell's book, it did not make the New York Times bestseller list, which I knew that it wouldn't. I knew it was going to flop. Like, you just have to look at the cover of that book and you know that it's not a bestseller. Like the book was called, um, fuck, what was it called?

Uh, love me as I am, which is like so random because it's like, well, who are you? What is this book about? I don't get it. Like, love me as I am sounds like a dating self-help book, but then she's an actress with all this time in Hollywood. So you think, well, am I getting a book about your time in Hollywood, or is this, what is this? Like, it's so confusing. The cover art's weird. It's like orange, and I don't know, it just doesn't look like, it looks cheap. Like, it looks like you would find it in the bargain bin. Like, we've all been in these discount bookstores and the bins full of them.

Like, I bought a Tory spelling book once, uh, which was actually a best-selling book,

unlike Garcell's, but I bought that for like $2 in a bargain bin. And like, you can just picture Garcell's book sitting in there. Like, the photo on the cover art, it doesn't even

give you the concept of the book. Like,

the only people buying this book, a Garcell stands. And it's like, she doesn't have the fan base

to turn up in droves to give you a New York Times bestseller. So of course it flopped.

Now, I caught the promo tour that she did for the book. Every single interview was about

Erica Jane. All they did was ask about how Erica

Jane threw her book in the trash. Like, you would think that Garcell, 30 plus years in the business,

she had this wild marriage where her husband, who was a CAA agent, that's like the biggest agency

in Hollywood, which makes me think, oh, was he getting new roles? Anyway, he cheated on her,

and then she sent out an email to everyone at CAA, like, you know, my husband and he's flusy,

like, ate him out in front of everyone, that's juicy, she's worked with Jamie Fox, she's worked

with Lindsay Lohan, she was a Haitian immigrant, like, she has a very rich and interesting

life, and then all people care to ask her is about Erica James. She was a Haitian immigrant. Like, she has a very rich and interesting life.

And then all people care to ask her is about Erica Jane and the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Like, that's just a fact.
