I really want to just share with all of you how profound this experience has been taking

space, even though I love so many aspects of what I do, really the lesson in taking

this time off from the podcast has been that I don't have to quit something. And just because I

love it doesn't mean that I have to overdo it or not take care of myself and my self-care and the minute that I begin to

move on the spectrum to a place of feeling burnt out or frustrated or overwhelmed or not being

as present to something, that doesn't mean that that thing is bad. It doesn't mean that I don't love podcasting, for example.

But it means that I need to take some space and redirect my energy

and figure out what the right fit is for me in this space.
