Summary

Let's be honest, leveling up is never easy. Beginning a work out routine, eating better, praying more, or even changing the way you relate to others rarely feels good at the beginning. Many of us feel ashamed we got to the place in life we did to begin with. Living in survival mode may have kept you going for awhile, but you know deep down when it's time to level up in an area of your life. If we're not moving forward, we're moving backward.

In this episode, Josh and Christi talk about the power of leveling up. Here are some highlights:

* Leveling up requires a change in 3 areas: pace, place, and pressure.* Leveling up requires deep, consistent prayers when we don't feel like it.* Leveling up is worth it because of what we get to experience on the other side.

break right now. Amen. We're ready for a break. Let's go. Yeah. And it's interesting because one of the

things that we talk about often, and I'd say we talk about it often, we've been living it more,

0:52.0

trying to live it more, and we're definitely

0:54.5

getting more intentional. At least I know I am. I'm forcing to get more intentional of living

0:59.7

from rest and not for rest. But we, I think so often our tendency, our natural inclination

is to live for it and not from it.

1:12.5

And I know we have gotten into those patterns a lot.

And so I hope you're looking at taking a break this spring, at least some type,

You get, it depends on how the age of your kids, it can be a trip rather than a vacation,

but I think even just interrupting and getting away, even if it's like, there's a, there's a

it, or Dan Heath, one of the brothers there. And it talks about, I remember my friend talking about this, that when things get really rough in
