Talking about a pull-up bar, I recently implemented a strategy in our home.

He's a two-time Olympic gold medalist in wrestling. And if you listen to our podcast, you know

I was a wrestler and I enjoy it. And one of the things he does with his kids is he puts a pull-up

bar outside their bedroom and they do pull-ups every night before bed. And I'm like, that's really interesting. So I had a

pull-up bar sitting in our garage and I thought, why not just do this? I mean, it just sits in our

garage. And so I do work out, but I just don't use the pull-up bar. So I use it all the time now because

I put it upstairs. Our laundry room is right across from our kids' bedrooms and everything. And so I put it on a laundry room door in the hallway.

And every night our kids do pull-ups before bed.

And it's fascinating me.

I just did it for an experiment.

I wanted to see what they would do.

And they love it.

Like every night they're begging me.

Dad? Dad, are you going to help me? And so it's fascinating. At first I thought it was a little bit of

crazy because I thought, why are we whiling them up before bedtime? This is exactly the opposite

thing that we're trying to accomplish here. But Josh's point was this gets out their last little bit of energy. Plus, it sends them to bed.
