Okay, so most people when they set a goal, they'll say something to themselves like, I want

to go to the next level. I want to level up. And the fact is that's a very vague phrase. And it's actually an attack on your

subconscious, on our subconscious from the force of average. When we say we want to level up,

if we don't have a definition of what the levels are, then we're just saying we're unhappy.

And when you're conscious, your subconscious truly hears you speak that you're unhappy.

I want to level up is simply saying, hey, I'm unhappy where I'm at.

I want to go to the next level means I'm not comfortable and satisfied where I'm at,

so I'm unhappy.

And what happens is most people, they don't get to level up because they don't even know what

the levels are.

So let's define some levels.

I think that in business, there's four levels and eight skills you have to master.
