You know, since being here in Florida, living on my own, I've developed really beautiful

morning routine where before I

touch any electronics, especially your phone, I go outside and I meditate and I stretch on my yoga mat,

just light stretches, and I just breathe. And I look at things that are real. I look at leaves.

I look at palm fronds. I look at the clouds in real. I look at leaves. I look at palm fronds.

I look at the clouds in the sky moving.

Just things that are naturally in tune with the universe to set the stage for my day.

To remind myself that no matter what happens today, I am grounded, I am centered, I am okay,

and I am here in my body as one with the universe. I really feel a connection with my spirit

guides when I do this, so I'll pull a tarot card from my main deck, and then I'll also pull one of the notes from the universe cards that I received from Mike Dooley.

Mike Dooley so kindly sent me so many goodies.

Yeah, I pulled one of those cards every morning too.

So the card I pulled this morning was Nigh and a Fire.

And the message of this card was don't give up.

Protect that which you've created.

Have courage and believe in yourself.

And this is so appropriate for today's podcast episode because when I read that, don't give up, protect that which you've

created. I immediately jumped to from who? Who's going to try and steal everything I've created?
