Grief is such a bizarre emotion.

And I think a lot of us are so afraid of it.

It's so intense that we don't want to look at dead in the eye

and walk through it to get out of it because it's so overwhelming.

What you're about to hear in this podcast I recall the story of how I lost my two cats

in one tragic day I mean I thought I was cursed so cursed like having to emergency euthanize one cat, one pet is enough. But coming home and

losing the other, that's just, you know, how do you explain that? Well, that happened to me in April

2017 and for over two years. I haven't been able to explain it.

Until now.

In this episode, my dear friend and animal communicator, Rose Proud, comes back on the show to channel my two cats and see what really

happened that really sad, really tough day. You know, before I got on the phone with Rose

and recorded this episode, I tried to go back and channel this energy. You know,

my personal coping mechanism for getting through traumatic times is to completely wipe it from my

memory, completely get rid of it. I mean, the only way to open the portals to those memories

are by doing microdose of mushrooms or asking my mom, asking my brother to just

recount the memory. But this was really tough. I remember the night I got the night I got

home after all of this,

trying to fall asleep, like it makes me want to cry, just thinking, you know,

like right now I'm visualizing, just hovering over myself in that dimension at that period of time.

And I just feel so bad for myself.
