family parenting, relationships, marriage, sex, you name it, we are talking about it.

lenses enjoy it. Everybody's Cornelius. Hey y'all this is Heather and I'm

back. No it's been two whole weeks you've had me sitting here laboring over this.

You know what? I needed a nice little mini break.

Me laboring here and I'm like, well, it kind of wasn't my fault though, baby.

My mom got sick.

Yeah, I mean, a lot of things happen is

completely fine but my mom's better thank you guys for your prayers and all that

other good stuff but you have been killing it by yourself babe and you've been talking about self-love and I just want to

continue that conversation since I'm finally back in it. Come on. So you just you start.

Okay well you know what like I don't think I mentioned this in the last two episodes, but kind of going in the vein of what I wish I would have known before I got married.

What I wish somebody would have told me and that was I think I was so fixated on what my

expectations of you were supposed to be that I was so busy like with the concept of expectations is that expectations

means that you have to live up to something in order for me to accept you because

this is what I expect out of you and if you don't live up to that expectation

then I don't accept you and I don't love you and I don't want I don't anything to do with you and so it'd be easy for my mind to say I'm willing to divorce you because you don't live up to the expectation of what I wanted.

I wish somebody would have said to me, take your expectations and then without Heather having to without Heather having to live up to your expectations do you still love her if she never if she never becomes the woman that you expect for her to be, will you still, will you still love her?
