Linzies. Hey y'all I'm so excited. My name is Heather Lindsay. My name is

Cornelius, Lindsay. And we're excited. I feel like the

feedback has been so amazing for this podcast on self-love. I feel like this

topic is so necessary and it seems like so many people

are getting so much good stuff from this about what your expectations are. So what are we going to talk

about this time? Well I forgot, it was last time, the conversation we were having, like you, you didn't have a little pushback, but I mean,

it was some stuff that we were talking, I think it was talking about like trust and we were talking about boundaries and he was like so should somebody have some boundaries or expectations like in the beginning part of the marriage and I kept trying to reiterate that whole thing.

I mean if you had to dive more into that we could.

I mean because the concept that I have was that love, love has no expectations.

But I just don't think that's realistic. I don't. I hear what you're saying but even

afterward remember that night we went, you asked me to make a sweet potato for you.

So I took the sweet potato and I put it in the oven and you said,

Heather, that's not what I wanted. And I said, yes it is, but you told me to make your sweet potato

exactly the way that I've made it for the past 10 years.
