I think it's a very interesting read and I was telling someone the other day that I was reading your book and I was going to interview you and when I went to describe the book I actually kind of had a hard time describing it

because it seems to me it's many different things,

but at the same time, it's very well put together and so it's a very great read. So it's kind of a

very much memoir I would say definitely. But then it also goes into you know your own

spiritual awareness kind of spirit guides there's there's

so many different parts to this book and meditations throughout the book.
