They're giving the pre-race instructions,

so Eva has decided to do the Myrtle Beach 24,

and if you haven't heard the previous episodes,

real quick, this is a 24 hour event.

You can run, walk, run, and walk.

And you keep going for 24 hours to see how many miles you can do.

This is happening in Myrtle Beach at Market Common. There's a big lake and a little more than a mile track around the lake.

So this is where it's happening. Now you can stop, you can take a break, you can eat, so it's not 24 hours of continual movement, unless

that's what you want.

Ava signed up for this event towards the end of last summer.

It's kind of a big deal because of all that she has been through the last six years.

And again, if you've been listening for a while,

I know I'm repeating myself here just a bit,

but breast cancer, a terrible car crash,

diverticulitis that would not relent that required surgery.

And then most recently, surgery to repair her esophagus
