Today's 10 minute walk starts right after this.

It is a beautiful morning here in South Carolina, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Chilly. In fact, earlier this morning there was frost on the windshield of our vehicle.

Temperatures have been lingering in the 30s, but the wind is calm.

The sun is bright.

And I'm actually walking a little bit later this morning.

So the sun is higher in the sky and it feels good. It's one of those cold

mornings that feel good. Haven't had one of those in a few days. So tomorrow begins 24 hours of

epicness.

You remember, Ava signed up to participate in a 24-hour run slash walk.

Get as many miles as you can in 24 hours.

And that was rescheduled because of some ice sleet freezing rain that was in the forecast,

the original scheduled date. Well, we are now at the doorstep of the rescheduled epic event

and I'm going to give you an update because this could go one of three ways tomorrow.

And then over the next 24 hours.

Some things have transpired.

So I'll give you an update in a moment.
