Welcome to our Rosary meditation.

Tomorrow I will be on vacation hiking with my kids in the glorious mountains in Colorado.

Dr. Troy Hinkle and Sebastian Domingo and John Liandeker

will be offering the meditations for a few days so don't worry I haven't died and

I have not taken a vacation from the Rosary I will continue to pray mine

but I want you to have some exposure to their great

insights because we have a fantastic team with the school of faith. So let's begin in

the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

We have a number of people to pray for for Olivia Canelie for

Jeannie Sherman and for Tamara a young woman who is blind who was struck by a car in

Lawrence this weekend and is on life support we pray for her and her family

and for a young man who is 15 with cerebral palsy who is having a surgery

for a throat tumor. So for all of these and for all of your intentions we entrust them

into the hands of our lady and surrender them to her.

In Luke Chapter 9, Jesus and his disciples traveled along. They met a man on the road who said to him,

I will follow you wherever you go. Well, of course he never did. Then they met a man to whom

Jesus said follow me. The man replied, Let me go and bury my father first.

But Jesus answered, leave the dead to bury their dead.

Your duty is to go and spread the news of the kingdom of God. Another said, I will follow you sir, but let me first go and say goodbye to my people at home.

Jesus said to him, once the hand is laid to the plow, no one who looks back is fit for the kingdom of God.

Jesus gave just one mission to us to those who are baptized and confirmed, go and make disciples of all nations.
