2:02.4	So please introduce yourself. Tell us a little bit about your story and your journey.
2:08.1	What led you into the financial industry and where you are today?
2:11.8	Sure. So thank you so much, Chloe, for having me. I'm so excited to join today.
2:21.2	It's been a ride. I started in the financial services industry in 1996. So that customer service representative, interested in having a job,
2:32.2	not necessarily a career, and began working in the retirement
2:37.5	services group where we answered questions about retirement in the CD department where it was
2:46.0	time deposits and people were asking about investments and we in customer service couldn't do anything with that.
2:52.9	So we had to transfer the call.
2:54.7	But it made me kind of scratch my head and say, what does that mean?
