So today, we're going to talk about Trump's tariffs and what you need to remember.

After yesterday, a number of things seem incredibly likely.

When they play out, there are a few things every American needs to remember. First, the president

constitutionally has no power to apply tariffs alone. Article 1, Section 8, grants that power to

to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States.

But all duties, imposts, and excises shall be uniformed throughout the United States.
