Well, howdy there, Internet people, it's Bell again.

So today, we're going to talk about Waltz, more signal chats, and my total lack of surprise.

National Security Advisor Waltz and the signal chat story just isn't going away.

We're going to check in and provide some updates.

But if you watch the other videos, most of this isn't going to be surprising.

It's just surprising to have it confirmed.

About a week ago, we talked about Waltz and the concept of negative facts, or facts absent

from the record that you would expect to be there.

I find it curious that in the published chat log that nobody

questioned why such sensitive information was being shared in an unsecured format. To me, the fact

that nobody was surprised led me to believe that it was routine. Well, it's now confirmed that it

was in fact pretty routine for those chats to exist.

According to reports, there were at least 20 set up for national security discussions.

It's cool to have that confirmed.

We now know why the dog didn't bark.

In a video, just a couple of days after that that about why Trump wasn't firing waltz,

we talked about what a Trump ally described as a fight club mentality,

where the administration doesn't want to fire anyone and give the media a win.

I listed off a bunch of reasons that might undermine Trump's control, one of which was people

being willing to leak information about their internal political rivals to the press.

Let's be honest, Trump World is not really known for abiding by the first two rules of fight club.
