Well, howdy there, internet people, it's Bell again. So today, we're going to talk about Trump,

Warren Buffett, and the greatest economic moves. On Friday, Trump shared a video on social media.

The video says noted investor Warren Buffett was supportive of his tariffs. Not just supportive. The video claimed Buffett said

Trump was making the best economic moves in half a century. Exactly, it said, quote,

and this is why Warren Buffett just said, Trump is making the best economic moves he's seen in over 50

years. Given that Buffett is notoriously

tight-lipped and, well, let's just call him a tariff skeptic, that would be quite the statement

and vote of confidence in Trump's plans. Magaverse went wild celebrating the support of the

world-renowned investor. It spread across

social media platforms around the world, faster than a stock market downturn and fears of recession.

Of course, the problem is, the very simple statement put out by Buffett's company, Berkshire

Hathaway, that was short and sweet.

Quote, there are reports currently circulating on social media, including Twitter, Facebook,

and TikTok, regarding comments allegedly made by Warren E. Buffett.

All such reports are false.

Buffett then reiterated that the claims about his position were false on

CMBC. Buffett will not be making any public statements until Berkshire Hathaway's annual meeting on

May 3rd. So, Trump put something on social media that wasn't accurate. Shock. Now, let's get to the really interesting part about

all of this. The video that was shared by Trump showered him with praise, as it outlined a plan.

The video shared by Trump said Trump was crashing the stock market on purpose. The idea is that

he crashes the market and drives people into

treasuries. Then somehow, this forces the Fed to lower interest rates. Okay, so I know I'm not
