Well, howdy there, internet people? It's Bell again.

So today, we're going to talk about Trump threatening to occupy Iran.

Over the weekend, the U.S. and Iran are supposed to have teams in Switzerland,

talking about how to unwind the giant mess Trump tossed the world into with his elective war

against Iran. The teams apparently worked out a roadmap for the talks over the next couple of

months. So what was Trump doing over the weekend while the teams were trying to fix the most

embarrassing foreign policy failure in decades.

Well, he was threatening to invade and occupy the whole country.

Oh, Andy was saying something that certainly sounded like a threat to kill a peace delegation.

During an interview with a Fox News personality,

Trump reportedly said he warned the Iranians about closing the strait,

and apparently said, quote,

You close it and you won't have a country.

You won't even make it back to your effing country.

When Trump was reminded that the Iranian president was maintaining his position that Iran would keep its uranium enrichment,

Trump was reported to have said, quote,

He better shape up or will take over the rest of the country. Obviously, threatening a peace delegation is a violation of all international norms,

and certainly not the type of behavior the world expects from a recipient of the very prestigious FIFA Peace Prize.

While a lot of Iranian officials and the Iranian media are

pointing out that Trump's threats themselves are a violation of the memorandum of understanding.

Iran's chief negotiator actually mocked Trump's threat and the desperation that is emanating

from the White House lately, and said, quote,
