Well, howdy there, Internet people, it's Bell again.

So today, we're going to talk about how Trump is taking more flack from MAGA over his Air Force One plans.

In a somewhat surprising move, GOP Senators are openly criticizing Trump's gifted plane from Qatar. The free $400 million plane is expected to cost

the U.S. government about a billion dollars. To fit with the types of security and communications

features I mentioned in the previous video on the topic, refurbishing the plane would cost more than the plane is worth.

As I said before, you can go broke saving money like this. It would also take years and might

not even be finished during Trump's term. The plane is expected to be handed over to Trump's

foundation at the end of his term.

The situation is so obviously out of the norm and the optics are so bad,

Republican senators are expressing their concerns.

Or flat out saying he shouldn't take it due to the security risks or the appearance of impropriety.

Senator Tom Tillis of North Carolina shot down the idea of Trump being the recipient,

stating flatly that the plan, quote, has to be conveyed categorically to the U.S. government.

Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky said, quote, I do think the

jet probably sends the wrong signal to people, and I don't like the look or the appearance,

so I would hope he rejects it. Senator Ted Cruz said, quote, I also think that the plane poses significant espionage and surveillance

problems. So we'll see how this issue plays out. Senator Holly said it, quote, would be better if

Air Force One were a big, beautiful jet made in the United States of America.

That's the holly I know.

He worried me lately because he made a couple of sensible comments.

The big beautiful jet was made in Everett, Washington.

But I appreciate the senator's energy on this one.
