Well, howdy there, internet people it spell again.

So today, we're going to talk about Trump's praise in his social media post.

Given the seriousness of his post about escalating in Iran, something got written off as Trump being weird and inappropriate,

rather than noticing it for the teachable moment it could be.

Trump's Easter Day post was unique for clearly demonstrating that

Trump's planned hits on civilian infrastructure are not due to military necessity,

but due to his desire to use the hits as leverage in negotiation.

Although I am sure you've already heard it, here's the full post.

So yes, the seeming admission of planned war crimes and the profanity got most of the coverage.

But I want to point to the part where he says, praise be to Allah.

First, just imagine the reaction from Trump's base if any other president skipped Easter services but posted praise be to Allah to social media.

Second, given the context of the rest of the post, this is wildly inappropriate.

Third, do you think he was saying it genuinely, or trying to relate,

or trying to mock the people he believes are too dimmed to realize he's mocking them?

I personally don't think he was saying it genuinely.

Don't believe he converted.

I don't believe that Trump even knows what the

shahada is. Likewise, I don't think he was trying to relate and find common ground with people he's

threatening. He doesn't really have a history of trying to relate to, well, anybody, much less people he's attacking. That leaves the third
