Trump layoffs, intelligence, and important information for federal employees being laid off.

If you're one of those who were laid off, you're reportedly sought after, but not necessarily by the right people.

NCIS, like the TV show, has assessed that there is an active effort to recruit those laid off.

The efforts are by foreign governments.

The assessment is that adversarial nations see a lot of potential in Americans who have been

laid off, because you've been laid off,

maybe financially strained, maybe bitter, and maybe not thinking clearly.

NCIS, which is the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, has reportedly said,

the intelligence community has assessed with high confidence that foreign intelligence is looking

to recruit.

High confidence isn't bragging.

It's jargon.

You hear about bizarre assessments all the time that are politically charged.

Most of them are low confidence.

High confidence normally indicates they have really good sourcing on the issue.

Now I know what you're saying.

You're sitting there saying either, well, I wouldn't work for them or I don't know anything

worth making me a target for recruitment.

They probably won't show up and say, hi, I'm Agent 003, and I work for Chinese intelligence. Would you like to
