so today we're going to talk about Trump, New York,

delays, wishes, and why.

Because that's the big question that started coming in within minutes of Judge

Marcant's decision being announced. Why? Why did the judge make this call?

So a quick recap of events before we get to the question. In the New York case, the case that gets

called the Hush Money case, Trump's team has been arguing for a list of things, ranging

from dismissal to delaying sentencing.

Trump's attorneys are using the Supreme Court decision

as the basis for their arguments.

Trump was convicted of falsifying business records

to cover up his hush money payments to actress, writer, director, and producer Stormy Daniels.

As a quick aside, after the last video mentioning her, I got a couple of messages from

men saying that I shouldn't just call her an

actress because that down plays her quote character. I'm sure the additional

So, Judge Bouchon has moved any potential sentencing back to November 26th,

after the election. This is seen as a huge win for the

Trump team politically. That remains to be seen, but the conventional wisdom is that
