Well, howdy there internet people, let's bow again. So today we are going to talk about

Trump in New York and the Supreme Court of the United States, its recent decision on presidential immunity, and how, well, that may

influence things in New York.

One of the big talking points that came out from those supportive of the Supreme Court's

decision on presidential immunity is that it really didn't change anything.

That's, it's always been like that.

Weird, because Trump and his team

have already filed a motion in New York to set aside the verdict on what was called

the Hush Money case, the 34 counts. I know that doesn't make any sense because that was you know from a totally

different time period those were certainly unofficial acts some of the stuff that was reviewed during that trial to include like tweets

came from Trump's time in office.

And they're saying those are official acts.

That evidence can't be used, therefore the verdict has to be set aside.

I hope that that's a very quick and clear indication of how wide-ranging this Supreme Court decision is.

For those people who don't think this is a big deal, really consider it.

This changes things.

That motion is in, realistically.

What they're looking for is a delay of sentencing, stuff like that.

They're probably going to get it.

It's going to go before Mershahn.

I don't know exactly how the judge is going to respond, but if I had to guess they will at least

get the delay in sentencing.
