Well, howdy there, Internet People, Lidsboo again.

So today we are going to be talking about Fulton County, Georgia, and Coffee County, and Trump, and some texts and emails and why it's big news.

Okay, so the short version for context, the Fulton County DA's office, they are reportedly

in possession of texts and emails that directly connect Trump's legal team to a breach of

voting machine software that occurred in Coffey County in January of 2021.

According to the reporting

emails show a top-down push to access them.

All right.

So all of this the breach that's being investigated by GBI, Georgia Bureau of

Investigation. Normally most states have their own little mini FBI. Okay, they're looking into it. So why is this

important? What does it mean? Coffee County is obviously not part of Fulton County.

One of the big debates, one of the big questions,

is whether or not she is going to use RICO, the RICO statutes, the RICO laws.

This makes that way more likely.

It makes it way, way more likely.

One of the benefits of it is that it allows the prosecutor to pull in activity from other states or other districts, other counties, alleged criminal activity, and use it in building the case.

The fact that they were even interested in something that is very much a

coffee county thing really indicates that they are they are at least actively pursuing using RICO.

Whether or not that decision has been finalized, that's another story. But for them to be going that

far out of their area, it definitely means it's on the table. And it means it is on the table and it means it is really really likely at this point in

the game if they're not using it I would be surprised I really would. So that's the significance of it. This is going to get a whole
