Well, howdy there internet people? It's Bell again. So today we're going to talk about

Trump being sued by the exonerated Central Park 5. Another day, another moment of former President Trump's apparent habit of making things up that

he believes the least informed people in the country want to hear, or his seeming inability to separate truth from fiction has led to

yet another suit being brought against him.

This time it's by the exonerated members of the Central Park 5.

Why? Because they said Trump defamed them and is forcing them to clear their name all over again.

Do they have a case against Trump?

Well, during the debate, live on TV,

Trump said, quote, they admitted, they said, they pled guilty, and I said, well, if they pled

guilty, they badly hurt a person, killed a person ultimately, and if they pled

guilty, then they pled were not guilty.

Yeah. So given the fact that the men did not in fact enter a plea of guilty and that

Trump just added a whole body to the case.

They'll probably be able to move forward with their suit.

Just a reminder, even under the charges that the men have been exonerated of, nobody was killed.

That wasn't even an accusation.

Trump just made that up.

Attorneys for the plaintiffs pointed that out, writing, quote,

Plaintiffs never pled guilty to the Central Park assaults.

Plaintiffs all pled not guilty and maintain their innocence throughout their trial and incarceration, as well as after

they were released from prison. The attorneys also had to point out the basic facts of the overall case by including, quote,

none of the victims of the Central Park assaults were killed.
