So today, we're going to talk about the hearings.

The Senate will start holding hearings aimed at informing their decisions

when it comes to providing advice and consent to the President about his appointments.

We've already had a question come in about the schedule,

and we'll clear that up real quick before we get to what you can expect during the hearings.

If you look at the schedule, it looks like each hearing is only 30 minutes long. This, of course,

prompted questions. The schedule is misleading.

The hearings are conducted by the relevant committees, not the whole Senate. They aren't actually

limited to 30 minutes. Okay, so what can we expect?

The rumor mill says that the Trump team prepared the nominees for their hearings through mock hearings and rehearsals.

It also says that the main focus was preparing the nominee to defend Trump's positions and align themselves with Trump publicly.
