Well, howdy there internet people, it's bea again. So today we are going to talk about

Georgia and the report now that it's been released and what it means and the big

question from quite a few people, is it a nothing burger?

Ah, I mean depends on how you quantify nothing burger I guess.

We didn't learn much. We didn't learn much beyond what

we already knew. That is true. There's not actually a whole lot of new information in it. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, the special grand jury in Georgia that's looking into election interference during the 2020 election and all of

that stuff. Portions of the special grand jury report were released to the

public. And there's not much there, but it didn't release the parts that everybody was really looking for.

There are no names in it. What really matters, there's two key pieces.

First, is that the grand jury did determine that there was no widespread voter fraud that could have affected the outcome of the election

or anything like that. That was a unanimous decision. And a majority of that grand jury believes that there were people who lied under oath and that the district attorney should seek charges.

Those are the two pieces.

There wasn't much there that we didn't already know

and there wasn't a lot of extra language to provide us any

hence. What we have to go on is the reasoning behind only releasing part of it.

The reason it was released the way it was

was to protect people's due process rights. Meaning they don't want this

information to go out before the people were actually indicted and had the ability to counter whatever's there.

Releasing it too early could violate their due process.

That would only be a concern if people were going to be indicted.

The recommendations as far as indictments, that's not included

in what was released. So, is it a nothing burger? I mean, there's nothing really new there. There's not a lot of new information.
