So today we are going to talk about the first flip in the Georgia case.

One of the co-defendants in the sprawling case has decided to take the government up on its offer.

Scott Hall is reported to have pleaded guilty to five counts, conspiracy to commit intentional

interference with the performance of election duties.

As part of the deal, he will get five years of probation,

a $5,000 fine, 200 hours of community service,

a ban on activities related to polling and election

administration, stuff like that, and he has to testify.

This was further clarified. Do you understand that conditions of your

probation in this sentence is that you testify truthfully at any further

court proceeding to include trials of any co-defendants that is listed on the

original indictment in which you were charged.

And the response to that was, yes ma'am.

There is also a requirement to do a pre-recorded statement to provide the DA with a recorded statement.

My understanding is that that has already happened.

And I think he also has to write an apology.

Okay, so this is the first.

What happens from here? My guess is that they use this deal to apply pressure to those

people in the rung directly above him. My guess is Powell will get a lot of pressure put on them by this.
