Well, howdy, there internet people, let's bow again. So today we are going to talk about

the expected Supreme Court decisions that are anticipated to be coming down soon.

We're going to just kind of loosely go over what they're about.

The reason we're going to do this is because it is widely expected that at least some of these will come down prior to the first

presidential debate between Biden and Trump. Because of that, odds are there will

be questions about these decisions during the debate.

Okay, so recently the court struck down the ban on bump stocks that came about during the Trump administration.

They have one coming that would address whether or not

homeless people can be penalized for sleeping outside.

Not really sure where they're expected to sleep if they can't do that. So there's a decision pending on that. The big

one that there's a lot of speculation about is the Trump immunity case

A lot of the speculation is based on the idea that because they delayed it and it has taken so long that they are intentionally trying to help Trump.

It's worth noting that it could also be they are very clearly drawing out the lines of

official acts and all of that stuff and it isn't going to go in his favor but

they're trying to produce a wide decision on it. We don't know. And it's not something

I feel too comfortable speculating about at this point.

We'll just have to wait.

There is an Idaho reproductive rights case that really it centers on a ban being so restrictive and they're not being

exemptions for the health of the mother.

The Biden administration is suing over this one.

There are a whole bunch of cases related to the ability to restrict content on social media, to remove content, whether or not states have the ability to legislate on this, there's a bunch

of those.
