For those who don't know, moral injury is perpetrating, failing to prevent, or witnessing

When it gets brought up, it's normally talking about soldiers.

What teams are witnessing today and what they are realizing is that it's not a single thing and it doesn't really have a perpetrator. It's not a person. It's not somebody that can be hauled in front of the court.
