Well, howdy there, internet people, Litzboo again.

So today we are going to talk about a little bit of superseding news.

I know that there are people waiting on a couple of videos to come out about the hearing and stuff

like that. Those have been moved back. Some of them may not come out until this

weekend by the way things are going right now. There has been some developments that have

altered our schedule. Okay so what is the big news? The former president of the

United States Donald Donald J Trump, has, looks like he's picked up a

superseding indictment. Now again, normal stuff stuff this is all alleged presumption of innocence and all of that

stuff applies. So what has happened if I have the math right and I remember what charges were already

there versus the charges that have been added, it looks like he picked up three new charges

and a new co-defendant.

So it appears that Jack Smith, the special counsel's office, in their witch hunt. They believe they have

identified three potential witches at this point. It appears that the new one is the is or was, I'm not sure if they

retain the position, but head of maintenance at the club.

It looks like the new allegations focus on some

potentially deleted security footage that the feds wanted or might have wanted and

according to the allegations, somebody said to delete it.

Okay, so what is a superseding indictment?

This is obviously going to come up.

This is when an indictment already exists and the feds believe they have

uncovered something new, either new conduct or they have identified somebody else that they believe to be involved,

something like that.
