The thing is, over the years, if I can remember correctly, I think I've worn probably, I don't want to say all the brands, but most of the brands.

And usually I can tell pretty quick, because I've been doing this for a long time, walking that is, walking as a fitness activity, that I can tell pretty quick that the shoes are going to work or not. Although I'm not perfect with that. I had a pair of shoes last year that I really liked the way they looked. And I forget who made them. They felt good, but after about a week,

I was starting to feel some pain in my knees. And at first, I was like, what is this? What is causing this?

I started thinking through, what am I doing differently? What's different? And realized the shoes are new.

I swapped those out, put on different shoes for a couple of days, just to test it out, see if the shoes really

were the problem and they were. There was something about those shoes, my feet, my stride that

were not playing well together. And even though they felt really good on day one, they weren't
