has issued arrest warrants for the former defense minister of Russia,

Shoygu, and the Chief of the General Staff, Grasimov.

The obvious first question, what are the warrants for? Directing attacks at civilian objects, causing

excessive incidental harm to civilians or damage to civilian objects.

And then inhumane acts, that one is against humanity.

Then the other information that was provided was that the ICC believes and believes they can prove that this was committed jointly and through others ordering the Commission and that there was

failure to exercise proper control. As far as Russia and their view of this, the Security Council of Russia, described it as

quote null and void. I feel like they probably didn't deliberate on that very long, that they might have some bias

in regards to this, given the fact that yes he is former defense minister and

currently on that security counsel.

They probably didn't take long to think about whether or not they were going to come out in
