So today, we're going to talk about replacing Lindsay Graham.

As we've already covered, there will be a special

primary election to determine who gets to take Graham's seat on the ballot. There are already

a couple of people who are signaling interest and making moves to try to pave the way. The election

will happen very quickly. August 11th seems like it'll be

the date. And the speed at which this will happen is going to throw a lot of normal political

rules out the window. There is no time for campaigning or silly things like platforms or records.

The election will be primarily powered by name recognition and who can capture the most headlines the fastest. There is ample opportunity

for the Republican Party to get a horrible nominee here. There are some unique names coming up in early discussions.

One is Nancy Mace.
